Halliwell Handfastings

Felicitations on your Engagement and upcoming Nuptials! At this wonderful time in your lives I'm sure you are overwhelmed by both the joys of your relationship and by all the decisions to be made. Meretisa Halliwell would be honored to be the Officiant for your Wedding or Handfasting Ceremony. She is ordained with both Universal Ministries and Universal Life Church Monastery and is able to perform legal and binding unions. Copies of Clergy credentials are available upon request. Halliwell Handfastings performs Ceremonies throughout Minnesota and the surrounding states. Last minute Ceremonies welcome, pending availability.

Working closely with our Couples, Halliwell Handfastings is determined to provide the type of Ceremony they dream of- secular or spiritual, casual or formal, intimate or public, small or large. We work with and for our Couples to create the perfect Ceremony. Couples may write their own Ceremony and Vows or browse through our collection for ideas and inspiration. Ceremony's should reflect not only their love for each other, but their personalities and values as well. Meretisa Halliwell is always happy to guide Couples through the process of determining which Elements to include- and offer ideas and suggestions as well. 

Meretisa has no objections to being photographed, though she'd like to be labeled as Priestess Meretisa Halliwell. And, of course, we'd love a copy or two for our photo gallery.

Pre-marital Counseling is not required, though we do recommend and offer a 12-hour Course. Not only does this Course help us get to know each other, but it can give helpful advice and identifying potential problems or issues that may arise later in the relationship. Not to mention the discount on Marriage License fees for those who complete such a Course.
